Will you sell, rent or trade my e-mail to an outside party?

Hell No! Your Privacy is as important to us as it is to you. We will never sell, rent our trade your e-mail with any outside party.

How long for Delivery?

Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery (Although most orders are shipped within 7 days of receiving payment)

Is the credit card information I submit secure?

RollaDryer uses PayPal as its exclusive payment system a recognized leader in online payments.

Return Policy

You may return your purchase within 14 days of Receipt as long as it is in its original condition.

How do I return an item?

To return any item, please see the following steps:

1. Send an e-mail to CS@RollaDryer.com and provide the following information:

• Number of items being returned
• Reason for Return
• Indicate which of the following you would like to happen:
a. Replace with the same item
b. Refund to the original Credit Card Used

THEN

ROLLADRYER will then provide a Credit Order Number and the specific return shipping address information. The Credit Order Number MUST be placed in the return packing.

Please print a copy of your e-mail containing the Credit Order Number and your original Return e-mail (see step 1) and pack them securely with your returned item.

Please note- Return shipping is not the responsibility of RollaDryer

How will I be reimbursed for my return?

A credit will be issued through the PayPal Secure Payment System.
